Sberbank says to launch mobile virtual operator in Moscow on Feb 1

MOSCOW, Jan 23 (PRIME) -- Sberbank-Telecom, a mobile virtual network operator of Russia’s biggest bank, Sberbank, will start working in Moscow and the Moscow Region from February 1 under the brand Pogovorim, or Let’s Talk, and is accepting pre-orders for SIMs already, the bank said on Tuesday in a statement.

“Such notions as convenience and quality of services constantly change, depending on consumer perception. Creation of good client experience without participation of consumers is impossible. Their opinion, especially critical opinion, is always the basis of a good product. It means hearing and listening to the client to create a product jointly,” Sberbank-Telecom General Director Ruslan Gurdzhiyan said.

“This is what we want to do by inviting the first 10,000 subscribers to use and inform us actively of any criticism and wishes for connection packages. The tariff plan for the critics was created in a sufficient services volume and it is affordable not to restrain client opportunities.”

The tariff plan will be available only for the first 10,000 clients and later removed from the market.

In addition to the tariff plan, clients will get free SMSs for the bank’s mobile service, payment of services with the bank’s bonuses, and Wi-Fi calling.

Sberbank earlier presented the operator in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
